Sounds like the noise is comeing from the part where the throttle linkage hooks on to.

Injectors generally make clicking sounds commonly known as "nailing" One or more may nail. Try running Red-Line, or Power Services, cetane diesel fuel additive bought at any parts store, even Wal Mart, and see if this helps. Also, running B-20, or B-50, or B-100 biodiesel fuel will quiet noisy injectors too!
