Default 87 300 SDL overheating

Without a/c on the temp stays constant 80C
With a/c on temp bounces between 85-110C. Mostly 110C

Just replaced clutch fan with OEM Behr and a new belt

Could the t-stat be the problem?

Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Stop letting it get past 100! The longer you let it run that hot the far more likely you are to crack the cylinder head.
Just had the a/c serviced by electronic machine at dealer. So don't think
it's that.

Pusher fan comes on when car is started. ?? Maybe relay bad when gets hot. What is in the circuit and location(s)?

May put on an aftermarket fan, 2000 cfm and tap into re-circulation circuit.
Then turn on when needed
