Hi there need help to decide to buy or not to buy. Found 82 300TD Turbo Diesel Wagon it's been sitting for about 3 years. Fires right up smokes nuit then it's good ( I think the engine is no problema). Trany kicks when switches gears when I put it in reverse it almost burns the tires. Also starts to accelerate w/o pushing the pedal. Breaks have heard time braking because of the rust on rotors but I also think there is a vacuum problem. Blower only works in one position. Door locks do not work. I think all of this connected to the vacuum leak. Specially concern about trany and the breaks. Would vacuum leak make the trany kick that much? Thank you.

 

Well I have a pretty nice wagon 85' year I might consider selling.
I want a w123 coupe or a 12V cummins.

Front bumper replaced with Euro Model.

 

last offer that they sent me is 1k. If I have to replace vacuum pump that defeats the purpose. It needs all breaks and rotors(rusted) some other minor things. Has some rast nut not structural. Yea I know wagons are more. I's also white. I don't like old white 300TD but i could live with it for a good price

 

Nice Wagon btw bro. 6k is way out of my price range. These cars are very funky on price. You can find it in decent shape for 3k or even 12k. Its' really strange

 

Are you running it on diesel in Florida? You can run it on wvo w/o any conversion just prefilter

 

Yes im in Florida and yes it ONLY runs on diesel. I dont mess with WVO. Not my thing. Wagons are kind of rare as only 28,219 were made. The cheapest I will let her go for is 5K.
