ive checked the fuses, and the lights arent burnt out.

It has to be a relay, or a hook up some where. The high beam light is also out, everything thing else works, parking light, and blinkers

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

 

Get a continuity tester and start testing connections from the fuse box forward. There's a junction on the sub-harness from the lights to the main harness. That would be a good place to look.

 

i checked the light switch, and the power cable is all melted, i think thats what is. 100$ part though. I'm also going to check all connections before i make the purchase.

replaced the light switch, really easy, just went to a junkyard, cut it out, and put it in, works good as new.
