1984 Mercedes Benz 300SD Turbo Diesel Biodiesel Motor runs good. Power Steering hose leaks.Needs interior work. Body is in good shape.

Price $700

Any comments or things to look for other than RUST and AC.

The body on the pics look good but the seats are bad.

Nothing worst then putting in more money than you bought the thing for.

 

You don't want a motor that's been run on WVO. You have no guarantee it's not completely carboned up, that the kit was installed properly, that the oil was pre-heated properly or if it's home-made bio-diesel, that it was mixed properly.

Unless you're going to buy this car with the express purpose of using it for parts, stay away from it.

 

Thanks for saving me the headache....I will still keep shopping around. Any suggestions...on model / engine type?
