anybody know of a company that sells after market suspension for my 1980 300td non-turbo. my mechanic wanted $1500..car only cost $1000

 

How do you know the car is only worth $1,000.00? If the suspension needs repairing it could be worth less than $1,000.00 or if the suspension is fixed than maybe more than $1,000.00.

Are you going to find a 1980 300TD with good suspension for $1,000.00 in equivalent condition as your 300TD, with suspension in need of repair?

I feel a vehicle worth is the cost of replacing it.
