Default RE: C240 sub and amp question

This is not alwase true. The sub and amp are going to draw alot more power than your stock alternator is used to but you can easly take the load off of the alternator and battery by adding a capasitor to your list of audio add-ons, which will store any amount of power from one to three farads, so the amp and subs dont have to draw it from your battery, but from your capacitor.

What sub or subs and amp are you planing on adding to your car? knowing this could help you figure out how big of a capacitor you would need to keep any extra load off of your alternator to keep any problems from showing up.

Hope I can help
