Hello everybody...I own a 2005 E-Class 220 cdi model with automatic transmition-tiptronic, I guess. When I press the brake pedal sometimes I hear from the engine a metal noise and I feel underneath my foot a tremor of the pedal. Anyone knows what this is?

Second need for help...where can I find for downloading a manual for the Audio APS 50 system I have in my car? it is the small LCD type, and I don't have a user guide as I bought my car as a second-hand.

Third question: can I do something to see the titles of the track on the cd instead of Track No. displayed now? I have the Audio 50 Aps and a 6 Cd MP3 changer.

I think your 05 has brake by wire system,the pedal you feel is actually virtual feed back from a series of computers and sensor inputs.The system had its problems,you need to go in and bring it up to the dealer,still on warranty?
The radio,post a thread on the 211 forum over on mbworld.org someone will have the proper booklet,or maybe the dealer has a car on the lot with one you can look at.
Most cd or mp3 cd would have to be tagged with the song info in order to be displayed,if they are then sometimes the dealer has a software upgrade to the system to allow newer features.

there was a big recall of the brake by wire systems in all 2002-2005 models so you need to see if you are subject to the recall.(free)repairs
