Wet Spark Plugs & Hesitation/Vibration when Idling
Hello,
My car is hesitating on take off from stop and accelaration on the highway. I also noticed a puff of white smoke coming out of the exhaust on cold start and only on cold start. I took the car to MB and was told I need new spark plugs becuz #6 was misfiring. After watching the DIY for W211 spark plugs, we change the plugs, new cabin & air filters, injection cleaner. During the spark plug change we noticed the plugs were wet. The smell of fuel was really light/faint.
The next day the car ran better but still had some hesitation on acceleration. But the motor vibration was only a little better but still had white smoke. We check the wires to insure they were on snug, added some 100 octane fuel to help clean the injectors but still have vibration/hesitation.
Need some help!! Any Ideas. This year: new crank position sensor, transmission fluid change, transmission seal changed, new valve body (last week).
