What size wheels??

What size wheels??
I just purchased a new 2006 ML350 last week. The car had a custom set of 22" wheels on it and the dealer wanted an extra $5000 for them. The sticker shock told my brain to say no to these and go with the stock 17" wheels. The ride was much smoother as expected!
I would like to purchase some aftermarket wheels, but I don't want a rough ride. I'm thinking a 19" or 20" wheel with some low profile tires will give me what I want. Any ideas would be welcome!!
Also, does anyone know of a good online retailer for wheels and tires? I'd like to go with all chrome or a combination of chrome/gun metal grey!!
Any advice on tires, wheels, sizes, whatever, would be great![sm=bling.gif]

RE: What size wheels??
First, you can do 22' wheels and it surprisingly wont alter the ride that much. (I have 22's on a 2006 R350). You can do 20' and still have a good amount of tire sidewall. A good fit is 20x8.5-9.5 with 275/45-20 or 295/40-20 tires.
You can call Parts & Polish @ 516-466-3553 ask for Jonathan tell him Dennis sent you. They have been specializing in Hi-end especially MBZ cars for the last 20 years! I was the previous owner and also train Mercedes Dealers to sell aftermarket wheels and tires.
Good Luck!!!
