W123 owner's club with upcoming events
Hello folks,
This is my first post here so if I may introduce myself, my name is Vince and I founded an automobile club in the St. Louis area exclusive to W123 chassis Mercedes-Benz cars. It's a full-fledged traditional automobile club with registry, memberships and events and also serves a pretty unusual function (for an auto-club) as a complete service, repair and restoration facility. My mission is to be a comprehensive aid to preserving the great W123 chassis cars with the best of considerations and experience aspects for the car AND the owner.
I invite you to visit my website: http://www.club123d.org
There you can find info on Club 123D, it's mission, and feature events, of which we have 3 more planned in 2006.
Speaking of which, my main point for this post is of a timely nature, we are holding our third annual spring "rally" tour. The tours have substance but are not overly challenging or risky. They are about 125 miles and a one day event. This is your chance for an enjoyable drive through pretty scenery and good food with other W123 fans.
Please see the Events section of the website to see pictures of past events as well as details on the event coming up this Sunday May 21st. As of right now you have about 7 and a half days to register. The fee is very low, and free to Club 123D members.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to posting on this forum.
Respond with ANY questions.
You can email me directly if you like: club123d@hotmail.com
Would love to meet W123 owners this way!
Regards,
