High Speed AX Aug 26th at Blackhawk Farms
Like to drive your street car fast? Have we got a deal for you!
The Sports Car Club of Rockford is hosting a High Speed Autocross on a 2 mile long racetrack (Blackhawk Farms, South Beloit, IL) on Saturday August 26th, 2006 and EVERYONE is welcome to participate.
Most people only need to bring their Mercedes, an approved helmet and the entry fee to be competitive with their Street car. Some cars may require a racing harness or if you have a convertible, a roll bar too. Our safety requirements have recently been updated so easily find the safety requirements and your car classification at: http://autocross.mcscc.org/safety/harness01.php
Entry fee is only $99 for members of Midwestern Council and $125 for non-members. Surf on over to http://autocross.mcscc.org for more details on what we do or contact AUTOCROSS@mcscc.org.
