For Sale: RARE 1993 Mercedes 300D 2.5 Turbo
I will also be listing this in classifieds but i will list it here as well, as i see some are looking for one.
For Sale: RARE 1993 Mercedes 300D 2.5 Turbo
ANYONE who knows anything about Diesel cars and Mercedes know that this car is RARE. Only a total of about 400 maximum were produced in 1993. mainly because it's a DIESEL. This car gets around 35mpg/Street and 45mpg+ on Highway. Also this car NEVER has to be smogged. its Smog Check Exempt. Great family car. the inside along with the outside of this car is CLEAN. Of course it's an 11 year old car. so the exterior has some chips and scratches here and there. The interior is as clean as new.
The best thing about this car is that it has ONLY 112,630 miles!!! as it sits right now. VERY VERY low mileage for a Mercedes like this. Tires are NEW and have less than 500miles on them. POWER everything and everything works like new.
Diesel cars now a days have a VERY high value with the rising gas prices. The retail on this car with the miles it have and the condition it's in is:
Average Retail from NADA is: $9,316
Retail from Kelley Blue Book is: $10,335
The price it is being sold for right now is $8,000!! way below retail pricing!

Not that rare, that I wouldn't own one.
Don't exaggerate the mileage.
Mine did 36 MPG at steady 70 MPH and 28 at 80-90 MPH driving.
Great sedan, the only bad side, it is not a wagon, that I need.
