October Nominations!!!
I believe you. I believe you have a car. It's not up to me, but how about starting over? Please post a pic of YOUR car again. I'm confused about the black and silver references. I don't think it matters if your brother is driving it. If you want it nominated, then post it in the Photo Gallery as well.
I gotta tell ya, that silver one looks like it comes from a professional photo shoot. Is that one yours, or is yours black?

I would like to nominate BikerDrew's ride. We should probably be making November nominations at this point.
At the same time, I would like to drop out of the competition. As I explained recently, my SL is not deserving of such an honor. If you saw it close up, you'd know why. This is my daily beater and I treat it accordingly.

Hey Lug;
Mine gets driven about 150 miles a day. So far this year...31000miles! I purchased it Feb 2 with 54000 miles and today it has 85600 miles. I wash it three times a week, drive it in all weather, and eat lunch in it every day. At least you have a v12 sports car certainly cool enough for a nomination!

I'd be a cabbie if I had passengers. I ride around all day house to house, just me and my briefcase. Now, If I could figure out how to pick up and charge passengers along the way, I might not spent $6000 on gas next year.
1. There is no Mercedes Car that makes 60 mpg. The maximum is a 55 which is a figure that cannot be achieved very easily. The usual mileage is around 45.
2. I was talking about if he drove the same car over. Also there are people driving the same car over there, not everybody is driving diesel cars.
3. When we consider Europe and Middle East, all of the countries excluding a few of them gas prices are triple or double the prices in US because of TAXES.
4. Do not reply BS to things you have little idea about.

We spoke quite a bit about Smart models. Don't think we mentioned, that diesel version makes about 70 MPG (3/1 liters/100 km). http://www.smartaustralia.com.au/ind...ink_id=22.1208
I call you post before BS, because only idiot in Europe, or Middle East would spend $6 grands annually on fuel, having choice of the same car with diesel, that would do the same mileage for about half of the cost.
I can only speculate why Drew is driving gasser, but didn't I see his sporty model in the album?
Not all sport models are available with diesels. Fact also is, that amazingly in US the cheapest to produce diesel can be the most expensive fuel at some stations.
