Silly question. Idle adjustment on INAT 35/40
Ok.
I'm drawing a blank here, It's been a while since I have worked on the carburators on my 72 250. They have a pair of Zenith inat 35/40 carburators on them. I found the mixture screw and I thought I was adjusting the idle speed with the nurkled nut unit but I think that is for balancing and not idle speed adjustment.
I don't see any other screws or anything.
Anybody knows/remembers where the adjustment screw is?
Thanks
George

Ok. looks like I was doing it properly but since the rebuild looks like everything is off.
Does anybody know what the "default" setting needs to be for the idle stop screw and the idle adjutment rod hight needs to be? on the BMW site it looks like it's 50.8 http://www.cscoupe.org/tech/zeniths/bmw1/bmw1.html can anybody confirm?
Also I found a uni-syn carb adjuster on ebay. will this work w/ zenith carbs?
