Considering restoring this classic and wonder if anyone here can recommend a shop in Houston TX who is capable of doing full engine, exterior and interior restoration. Also, wonder what value this may have when fuly restored so I can work on a budget for this project.

By "sedan" I assume you mean the 4-door? Top estimated retail is about $17K (Keep in mind that's for an all original, low mileage car. A restored car will have a lower value). I would expect that a low mileage, perfectly restored car would probably go for $12-15K.
