99 E300 TD will not even click to statrt; has new battery . was checked by Mercedes road service for 4 hours, could bypass and spin over but no fuel; was told to try new fuse/start relay module, replaced- no change. It's like start curcuit is locked out.Vacuum/air pump located in rear seat area next to battery short cycles when key is in "on" position, assume something is leaking air; does not short cycle when key is off although pump will come on when door lock system is initiated for a short spurt.help, thanks, Don
