Where can I get a V-class?

My dealer has never heard of them! Yet here is a picture of one.
I knew they existed. My wife will need a new van soon, and I'll be a racoon before we buy another honda Oddysey.

They might only be sold in Europe just like A and B class.

That's what I was guessing too, only ever have seen the Volkswagen Eurovan
