RE: WHAT MODEL IS THIS MERCEDES?
Hi
Sorry to confuse you. I am just a car's enthusiast so I forgot your main topic is seraching this car's price for your fighting job not buying it so I may say this is could be an early version of 2003 or 2004 E320 and now the price range must be between mid $35,000 to $45,000 based on low mileage and well maintenance still under warranty. Otherwise, the cost should be less than the above range. By just looking the picture, you can't tell the exact value. My car is one example. I got 2000 E320 for only $25,000 and 59,000 miles on it. By just looking, I can't tell my car is lower than market price for almost $10,000. So you can only quote it approximately value with plus and minus. I hope so far, you can get at least some value in your mind and hope that could help you.

Hi
Sorry to interfere you again. I think the exact value of this car is not important. The important point here is this guy absolutely has money. Otherwise, he can't get this car unless he lease it. You need to be sure this car is his own not leasing. I am just an Engineer, though I made close to $100,000 per year, but have to think so long to just can buy only 2000 model car. This guy can own that much value of the car and said no money ??? I don't know about divorce's law and hope that I don't have to face with it one day. Life is too tough and dealing with marriage is really "State-Of-The Art technique". My Friend is also a divorce lawyer said that to me. Good Luck for your fight.

RE: WHAT MODEL IS THIS MERCEDES?
yeah!
If the car is not registered to Party B, no matter how expensive it is, you cant squeeze money out of him.
So finding out registeration is more important than finding out what that car is worth.
