i have seen one within the last 5 or so years, at a public campground. they had pay showers too.

My wife used to do that on the golf course... hover and squat... in the woods... with the birds and the stones.

I guess they're still around then. Now that you mention it, I remember seeing a pay shower at a truck stop somehwere.
