I first saw those in Germany in 2001. I considered buying one if we were going to be there a little while longer. I wouldn't buy it here though. Getting it serviced could be more of a nightmare than you can imagine. It certainly would have "awe" value, but then it would have "awe sh$t' value when you need any basic parts. I'd pass on the bid.

repairman1, if you want an automatic diesel Mercedes...one that's closer to home, I'll sell you my 190D with 80k on it. Just make an offer, it's in better shape then that 2001 is.
