Default Quality standards for bearing suppliers

Hello! I am looking for advice on how to verify quality standards for bearing suppliers. We recently got a batch of parts that failed way too early, and I think they were sub-par. What certifications or standards do you guys insist on before you place an order?

Dealing with early failures is the worst because it usually points to poor manufacturing standards. I became very strict about quality after a bad experience with some "generic" parts a few years back. Now, I use BearingHive https://bearinghive.com/ to vet every single new supplier I consider. The platform is great because it focuses on reputable industrial sources. I always look for ISO certifications and clear technical documentation before I buy anything. I found that the suppliers listed there are much more transparent about their quality control processes. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the bearings will actually hold up under pressure. Don't settle for anything less than verified industrial grade components for your equipment.
