We on this forum have put up with a few idiots that would have stepped over the line without administrator control.
They have the gate keeping role which keeps this forum working. All of us walk the line of "participation by invite" and should act accordingly. Why would you want to participate with a group who doesn't want you?

I think BenzBob has a problem with one moderator (or the owner) at the MS forum, not the entire group. The moderator apparently throws his weight around in a manner that offends some people. He stays in the kitchen when it gets hot but he wins his arguments by banning those who disagree with him. In other words, he's a dick. No argument on that point from me.
The bigger, more important issue is whether he can legally "get away" with what he did to BenzBob (banning him). Why is it so important? Because nearly all of us in America reject communism and socialism. We cherish our private property rights and many are willing to die for them. We must remain a society of laws and principles, not "feel-good" political correctness.
