Basically I need to know where to begin.

My wife was a victim of severe road rage involving bodily injury, vehicle damage etc.

The other driver was arrested, but we still have severe damage to our vehicle and shaken nerves.

The rage was so overt that when the crash finally happened many witnesses gave eye witness tesitimonies which I have rescorded.

What next?

Also...if an injury is indeed involved in an accident, lawyers will contact you. They are hooked up to hospitals and police reports.

Why are you advertising your wife's accident here? I will not believe if you say no lawyers have contacted you.
