Hello everyone, is there anyone here who is applying for an EB3 visa and could give me some advice? How long does it generally take to receive this visa? Has anyone here already managed to do so?

 

Are you planning on getting this visa? Have you submitted the necessary documents? I am currently at the I-140 petition stage, and about 2.5 years have passed since I applied. Everyone says it usually takes about three years, but it can take longer. I learned this from the EB3 Visa FAQ on the eb3.work website. I usually go there for information about the EB3 visa. Have you decided on the state and job yet?
