Default Coffee

How many cups do you drink each day?

I now drink one large each morning, soon after waking. That's down from three to four large ones before lunch each day and one large in early afternoon and another in early evening. I used to buzz at 3000 Mhz. I'm a relatively calm person now.

What kind do you like? I used to really like Jamaican Blue Mountain, but I don't think the crop ever recovered from Hurricane Gilbert in 1988. I used to pay about $30 per pound for it back in the mid-80s. It's just regular priced coffee nowadays. I still buy it, but it's not quite the same.

Every once in a while I make a latte or a frap.

5-6 cups per day.
I buy Kenya AA.

BTW, it was discovered, or at least reported, recently that coffee is loaded with phytochemicals or anti-oxidents (something really good for you, thats all I know for sure)

Yea, I need to cut down. But it's sooo good.

I make a pot of Yuban in the morning and usually finish it by 9AM. I purchased a Waring Pro commercial grade coffee maker last month cause I get tired of replacing the cheap *** Bosch or Krupp's coffeemakers I've had. We will see if it lasts.

Once and a while I get good Hawaiian beans and enjoy great coffee.
