Disney doesn't really own Miramax anymore. Well, they do, but they don't. They still own the name but the Weinteins (the creativity) left. Disney will never be able to make Miramax-style movies. They screwed themselves when they held the Weinsteins back and then really screwed themselves when they let them go.

Latest scuttlebutt is that APPLE CORP. is vying to purchase Disney. I-tunes becomes Goofy-Tunes?

That's an old rumor. I thought Disney was just planning on providing content for Apple's iPod? If anything, Disney would buy Apple, not the other way around. Maybe that's why Disney recently dumped ABC Radio? Trying to generate some cash?

What will happen to Jobs?

He IS Apple. So, I don't think Apple goes anywhere without Steve. You are right about the content provider relationship. Movie clips, commercials to download? Not for me; thank you.

If apple purchased Disney (now more attractive without the radio baggage) They could accelerate entertainment content on the web easily providing the best movie viewing sites. Competing with adult broadband services in income streams that rock Hollywood.

Favorite cartoon? I liked Swat Cats, but don't know if you guys have ever heard of them. They were 2 cats banned from the military for making a bad call, so they were sent to a local dump to work until they payed off whatever that bad call destroyed (ie:building) Instead, they used spare military parts from the junk yard to built this wicked jet which they use to defeat all these monsters that the military constantly battles...

You're right, never heard of them. How old are they and who produced them?

Dunno who produced them, but they aired back in the early 90's...like 1994ish

T-bone is the stronger bigger one, while Razor is the smarter one
