I absolutely think that for any online service, especially betting platforms, being beginner-friendly is absolutely non-negotiable. If someone new tries to get started, and the interface is confusing or cluttered, they're probably just going to give up. I tried a few different platforms years ago and got so frustrated with the unintuitive layouts that I just closed the tabs and never went back. What are your thoughts? Do you think companies are making enough effort to create platforms that are truly accessible for everyone, not just experienced users?
