It's an old article from 2007, but it's a good one.
I can't believe that the guy who shot the theifmight getjail time though. Seriously, what ever happened to justice and community protection? This stuff happens everyday in that city and the people need to take action like Charles did.

Oh I no really I would of done the same thing if someone tried to steal the rims off of my car. Like seriously he should of been shot anyway. If anyone if umb enough to steal then they should be shot(AN EYE FOR AN EYE)

Maryland doesn't recognize Castle Doctrine..... so the way the law looks at it.... it is considered a property crime... which is not punishable by death. Me... I like the Castle Doctrine!
