I wandered around with Google Translate but couldn't find anything definitive. I found this page

It looks like an automated page where you can post a VIN and it will post the data card. But I think you have to be a member to get the "blue band" (... "above, in the blue band, framing the field of communication, next to the five gold stars"). I navigated the Register page manually with Google Translate, but haven't received the confirmation email, so maybe I shouldn't have said I was from U.S.
Anyhow, trying to research WDBTJ56H19F259822, and always want to be taught to fish. thank you.
