Smell of hot transmission fluid
I have a 2005 C240 with less than 5000 miles on it. When I drive about 70 miles or so, a smell of hot oil permeates my driving compartment. I have also noticed that the ash tray gets hot.
Anyone else with this problem?
I understand that the 2006 C230 was just recalled for a leaking 13-pin transmission electical connector/plug.
Could this be my problem?
