Need help Hard code Right exhaust cam sensor Y49/7
Dealer states needs balance shaft gear (broken) wants to remove engine.
Yet engine purs perfectly no vibration. can any one suggest whats happening or possible real problem electrical or otherwise

 

if dealer is telling you you need a balance shaft..then you do. check engine light will stay on or keep coming on. there is too much slack in the chain . cam magnents wont fix the problem.the engine needs to come apart anf the balnce shaft needs replacement. your car is not under warranty?
