Default Nobenzyet....but

Very interested in the GL450.......question - when does MB usually do their model year change over? I probably will be ready to buy in the fall of 2007, and , from what I can see on the specifics of the model, I will need to order.......does that mean a 2008 model? Thanks in advance for any info.............!

Normally they do it between July and September. So i think you will be ordering an 08 but i am sure you couls still get an 07 off of a lot.

Thanks for the info.......I suspect I will have to order because, as of yet, I have not seen any GL450's in the various online inventories with the "off road package" and that is a definite need for me.

Well............I guess my situation is more "off normal paved road and onto road that often turns into mud and in winter has a good deal of snow" The ability to lock center and rear diffs plus the the two speed transfer case and the ability to raise up another 3in. are desireable. I agree ......it it's "no road" then GL500 is the ticket!
