Hi All and congratulations on a most useful forum. I have a C270CDI 2003, which has become far too expensive to repair and service at the Dealership, so I've started to keep it going myself. I'm having great fun doing it an the car has never been in better shape. I have seen several topics regarding the auto trans across the C-class going into a lock/falesafe mode. Switch off and restart and all is fine. Based on the many people that observedthis symptom, is there general consensus for a fix?
