Default Newbie here w/ a 2000 E320 wagon no turn signals, hazards, lights, wipers or horn

Hi, I've finally decided to become a member you guys have been a wealth of information to me in the past and I figured I owe it to Benz World & it's members to actually join. You were all there for me when I left my sunroof open and my car wouldn't go into drive or reverse, when at a certain temperature my car would cut off (crank position sensor) and countless others, well my poor baby is getting up there in the miles 235,000+ and I have a new problem and I need your guys help. So I've been reading and it sounds like my issue might be the 41 fuse, but where is that???

Okay sorry I'm gettin wordy now, let me start from the begining:

So I pluged in a cheap piece of **** air pump from Walmart and next thing you know my lighter doesn't work, no problem that happened once before so I changed that fuse and now the lighter works but I have no turn signals, no hazards, no wipers, no horn and I'm at a loss, is it the relay as I understand there is one that controls all these, or is it the 41 fuse I've been reading about and if so where is that?????

PLEASE HELP, IT'S SUPPOSED TO RAIN TOMORROW and I'm planning on going out for dinner and drinks with my bestie to Wildfire

there are a few fuse on the passenger side. youll need to unscrew the lid then remove it, check there. i know a horn fuse is there and also the K40 module. i was gonna say sounds like you have a bad turn signal stalk/combination switch but since you said the air pump caused it, im not sure now. but check all your fuses first.
