Hi from Connecticut. I just bought my first Benz, and despite it being almost 20 years old, I am so impressed with the technology and build quality. I have been a life long (59 years) Land Rover fanatic, and between the family members, we have seven of them. I was attracted to Mercedes by the reputation of their bullet prooff diesel engines, so being the utility type, I decided a wagon was a good place to start.
The 1987 300TD I recently purchased is no youngster, and it has a few issues I will need to get into, so finding your forum, much like Land Rovers Only, was a treat. Thanks for being here, and I look forward to participating, and getting loads of help only an enthusiast can give.
