my friend let me borrow her car since mine is out of comish. its a 99 C280. black on black, it does need some work though, there is a CEL on, i know she needs all her fluids changed, brakes are going out, needs a new mirror on the passenger side. it was dinged up on that side. other than that, its pretty good. runs smooth. After cleaning it up, i waxed it, cleaned the inside which looks brand new. i joined this forum to learn pretty much how to work on this car. I do work on cars, although i am not a master tech, i am pretty hand around the garage.

These are the codes that came up on my scanner.

1. P0173 fuel trim malfunction bank 2
2. P0100 MAF or VAF A circuit Malfunction
3. P0156 02 Sensor circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 2
4. P0161 02 Sensor Heater circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 2

if anyone has any tips, web pages, or diagrams on how to replace these, and a good place to buy sensors for a good price, i would greatly appreciate it. as a favor to my friend for letting me borrow the car, im going to fix it for her so when i get my car back, she can hand this one down to her daughters who will be driving soon. I figure one good deed deserves another.
