New benz owner
Howdy.
I am new to Mercedes Benz autos and will undoubtedly need help as my knowledge of these autos is zero. Just received a 1994 E320 4-dr sedan with 166000 and in perfect condition as far as body and interior goes. Friend passed away and wife wanted it gone and gave it to me for 2100, seems like a good deal. Runs good when out on the road but rough idles and surges between 500-1000 rpm. Sometimes hard to start, other times just starts right up. Went to put new plugs on it but found 2 of the allen head retaining bolts missing from the top center cover over the plugs and coil pack. Decided to stop right there and get help.
