Hi,
I'm buying either a 2004 C240 or an 2003 E320 depending on what kind of advice I'm going to get from you experts out there.

Which one of these cars have fewer issues?
I feel the C240 will be a lot better on gas with the gas prices we have these days and its a bit cheeper. TheC240 has the following issues:
The transition from first gearto second gear is not very smooth,the driver door'spowerlock is hesitating and goes up and down several times before it kicks in. Bit the car is very clean.

Reading some of the 2003E320 reviews online scared me a little with electronic issues, not enough power etc.

I'm in desprite need of advice from you experts out there and I'll let you know the outcome of your insight in the next few days.
