I have been driving legally since 1966. My C250 is fitted with alloy wheels and the spare is a pressed steel rim. This morning, pap wiel. I removed the wheel and tried fitting the spare but the bolts are too long for that rim. All is OE. What happens in the middle of the Karroo? Pray? Mercedes must have a trick up their sleeve. Ride on three wheels al la Citroen??
