Mercedes C240 T model 2002
Hi everyone, just joined and happy to be a member. Great Forum. Have ownedclose to 20mercedes since 1978, mostly S and E classes. Best - 1991 560 SEC, 1996 E220 coupe was alsoa great car as was the 1989300SL. Worst by far, the one Iown now a 2003 C240 estate. Got to be the worst Mercedes ever made. Plastic and cheap, poor interior fit and finish. Nightmare to work on, especially electrics and I am aretired Auto electrician. I havebeen advised that you have to disconnect the battery to change the spark plugs, why ?and look what happens if you don't disconnect the battery correctly. Every time I use the car I am worried something is going to go wrong, can't wait to sell it but whowill to buy ? What's the general opinion of these cars.
