If you are mechanically inclined then I would recommend determining where exactly the leak is coming from, i.e. which part(s) exactly. Pictures always help; if you can provide your VIN number as well as what exactly is broken then some one here may be able to assist you in the process and/or the parts you need.
If you are not a mechanic or don't want to tinker with your car that is understandable. If that is the case then I would obviously recommend bringing it to a MB Dealer or a European Specialty shop. Could be the pistons or the pump itself leaking, but that's purely a guess.
My dealership labor rate is $175/hour. Whatever price they quote you, divide it by 175 and you'll find whatever many hours they are charging you for the job. the reality is this job may break the bank on your car. Depends on how much you paid for it, and how much you're willing to continue to spend fixing it.
