Wow I see, So now you are after sales manajer. In philipine i guess.

I have encountered a problem at C 240. The Instrument Cluster is showing ESP code. Then after I checked I need to change the ESP control unit. When I ordered the part, the part numberat the box and the part number listed on the parts are not the same Ex : at the box A xxx xxx 31 xx but at the parts A xxx xxx 30 xx. or vice versa. I already forgotten the details. Is it possible to happens like that?

when I contact the dealer they say I supposed to be like that. there is no relation between the difference of the part number. They say the parts are direct from DCAG.

When I mount the parts to the car. The IC still showing the ESP code.

Please help me

thanks

I am working in China now. never in Philippines, but have been in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for four years.

you have to tell me the VIN of your car, and then i will give you the right part number... even price.

have you already initialized the steering wheel? turn it from end to end with engine running. the steering angle sensor must remember the position of your steering to control your oversteer and understeer. brakes will be applied to those wheels on the farthest end.

Ooo ic ic, can i know how old are you? hehehehe

The VIN of the car should be 20306 6A 426895 the part number should be A 209 545 31 32 but inside the bow A 209 545 30 32. I already initialized the steering wheel. After I changed to the newer part, the result of the quick test at the ESP control unit says unknown fault.

got a little confused there, seems the car not recognize the part above
