My car will not start' its a 2000 S430 I've tried to post myproblem, (i hope on this forum) not sure if i did it right.Well my smartkey will not unlock the car nor will open the trunk, put in new batt, and reset, this is how it use to start when i first get in the car and close the door my steering wheel would move to the downward position now that does not happen its like the car is in a disable mode i checked some of the fuse to try to reset something and that did not work. when i get out of the car the steering wheel rise in the upward position that ok. i was wondering is the smartkey the first thing i should be looking at really dont have a clue

 

Please help my speedometer is not working. Where is speed sensor located.
