Hello everyone out there,
I am new to this forum but hope to meet lots of fellow Merc lovers like myself and share lots of different stories and ideas.
I have owned various Mecedes over the years all which have had to grow with my ever explading family. Currently at 7.
The latest being a very nice ML 350. Dispite loving this car and all its quality unlike the usual 4x4 rubbish on the market the engine was just to expensive for the school run, so sadly we parted company.
I am now looking at a Mecedes V220 or 230 or 280 but have a few quires.
I notice that some of these are 6 seaters and some are 7 seaters, my question is can I turn a 220 into an 8 seater.
Is it possible to remove the 2 rear seats and replace with either a bench seat of 3 or another set of 3 middle seats. Making 8.
I notice that this can be done with the volkswagen caravelle but this is not half the car that a V220 would be. I want quality and luxury as well as it being useful.
Any help is greatly recieved.
