Hello,

I just traded my Lancer Evolution IX in for a 2005 C230k 6 speed. So far it is a sad, but welcome change from driving a punishing machine, that requires the driver to be on point at all times.

Just some background. I have owned several honda/acuras, Lancer Evolution, a handful of nissan 240's, a 2002 BMW 325ci (which I think is junk compared to the car I have now)... .and my very first car that I had when I was in highschool; A 1986 190E 2.3. It was about 12 years old when I first drove it (you can guess my age if you feel the need). It was a wonderful car, and looking back at the irony in owning 190E and now owning it's predecessor, I am happy i am back in the MB camp. The only other car I would consider owning again is a Lancer Evolution.

I have experiecne in Engine swaps in both, Nissan, honda, and BMW. And I have some good all around knowledge of performance related issues and information pertaining to import and some euro cars. I look forward to being a contributing member of this community.
