I have always wanted an ML series Mercedes but was steered away by the many complaints of poor quality and unreliability. After attending the Washington Auto show and being up close and personal with the ML I was finally ready to purchase (or at least take it on a test drive). However, I also saw the 2007 BMW X5 at the show and this thing is poetry in motion. Last Friday I decided to start my car shopping so my first stop was to the BMW dealership to test drive the X5. I absolutely HATED it!!! I left the BMW dealership and drove to the Mercedes dealership where by the end of the night I was driving home in a 2007 ML 350 that I love.

My only regret is the free maintenance offered by BMW......that has to be worth something right? :-(

 

What Mercedes Dealership did u buy it at and were u happy with them so far?

And ur ML shouldnt give u the problems that a 98-05 would have.

 

I purchased at HBL in Tyson's Corner and so far completely satisifed with the experience. During lunch todaythe dealership also hookedme upwith a discount on the bluetooth adapter. Is there an inexpensive way to add navi (I only have premium 1 package) or should I purchase from dealership?

 

There are after market navi systems and i would go with one of those then there is less to go wrong with the car itself.
