Greetings fellow enthusiasts! I am pleased to be here having purchased my first Mercedes, a 1982 300TD sedan converted to run on a one tank veggie-oil system (less desirable than two.) You could eat off the engine with 167k miles! I will be adding another tank to my fuel system and would love advice!

Before I bought this one, I had fantasies of fixing up the little 300TD Wagon I found, but realized I don't have the time to do everything on her. I know, right? The kid I bought it from only put 1000 miles on it with wvo and I was hoping the damage was still reversible at this point. What do you think? How can I tell?
