The phone(original equipment) fromMercedes is a dealer-installed option, like a cd changer, simple plug and play kit, comes with Motorola V60 CDMA (no gsm / tdma, etc...) Ask your local dealer and they'll be more than happy to sell you the kit.</P>


As for navigation (original equipment, COMMAND), its a factory-installed option, so dealer USUALLY won't install it for its customers, but buying the parts wouldn't be a problem. But I wouldn't recommend it, as its a CD-ROM system instead of DVD. Go for after-market systems like Alpine would be a lot better. And after market kits will let you play movies / television even when the car is moving (but it is illegal).</P>
