Default CLK320 Misfire wehen cold

Hi to everyone. I am looking for some help??. I have a 2002 Mercedes CLK320 convertable and had a slight misfire and major misfire when first starrting from cold.

I changed the coils, plugs and leads and the car runs great when warm, however when starting from cold it misfires badly. If I switch the engine off and re-start it runs fine again. I have used a code reader and it shows misfires on most of the cylinders when the fault occurs, if the car is warm the EML stays off after clearing the codes, it only shows the misfire when I first start the car.

Any help would be most appreciated

Gary C.
